EMMET COUNTY - Board of County Commissioners Meeting September 19, 2019 - 6:00 PM Axon License and Storage Contract


SUMMARY: Axon License and Storage Contract 10/1/2019 - 3/31/2023 This is an extension of a current contract to provide for two additional licenses and additional storage to run through the current contract's term, ending March 31, 2023. This is a one-time payment for this extension with the underlying contract's payments to continue when due. The additional licenses and storage space are vital to the Sheriff's Office operations.


RECOMMENDATION: I recommend the Board approve the signing of this contract. John Calabrese CIVIL COUNSEL REVIEW / RECOMMENDATION: I have reviewed the attached documents and approve as to legal form. MOTION: I move that the Board approve the attached Quote # Q-223871-43711.659MD for license and storage for the Emmet County Sheriff’s Department with Axon Enterprises, Inc. to begin October 1, 2019 and terminate March 31, 2023 in an amount of $6,544.50, and authorize the Board Chair to sign the same. VOTE: Roll Call
