Emmet County has had a contract with ARFF for various services at the Pellston Regional Airport since 2005. Over the years, the compensation has increased substantially. The County Administrator has been in negotiations for several months with Randy Bricker, owner of ARFF, Inc. regarding compensation and services.
There are three documents attached. The first is a proposed contract with ARFF, as revised at the request of the Board regarding the Notice provision. The second is a Summary of the Changes over the years. The third is a "marked up" copy with red highlights of the changes.
The Airport Committee has seen the documents and is recommending that the Board of Commissioners approve this new agreement.
